I went in to drop off a parcel, and he noticed there might be a slight issue with the size and shape. He went above and beyond by taking my personal phone number and promised to keep me updated. True to his word, he called me later to confirm that the parcel had been collected safely. He’s always so friendly, helpful, and just a genuinely kind person who makes the whole post office visit a joy. In times when so many post offices are closing, it’s people like him who make them such a vital part of our community. If you ever stop by, do say hello—he’s a real gem!
